Sihlus concept from "The Light of the Darknes" project.
"The Light of Darkness" is a project of a fantasy/fiction universe, with a new and unheard of mythology as background. The universe deals with themes such as prejudice, religion, individualism, wars and the dialectic between opposite elements. It is constructed through a series of parallel stories and audiovisual materials. These stories interact creating a great net of events. Besides the parallel stories and events, the universe of The Light of Darkness has a main story and one main character. This story closes all the others and indicates the end of this universe. The game The Light of Darkness is a techdemo of a Brazilian online free game, sponsored by the Secretaria de Cultura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Secretary of Culture of the State of Rio de Janeiro), based on the universe created by Fernando Rabello. The game was produced by artists, programmers and professionals of the national game industry, and is to be released by the end of October, 2009. For more information: [link] [link] |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.  reports, 1d 23h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices.
